| Road Conditions: |

The
last 7 kilometers of the Hemlock Valley Road is gravel and offers
good winter driving surface. The road is maintained 24 hours per
day during winter by the Provincial Department of Highways with
grading and sanding, however tire chains should be carried by all
vehicles in winter. |
| Parking: |

Park
in the designated areas only. Each unit has parking for a minumum
of 2 vehicles. No parking on the roadways is enforced during the
winter. |

Winter
only the ski shop in the Day Lodge offers a variety of ski and snowboard
accessories and a full range of rental skis, snowboards, snowshoes
and tubes. Off sales are available at the Molly Hogan lounge. |

Accommodation and Real Estate information is open 7 days a week
8:00am - 10:30am and 3:00pm - 9:00pm winter only. Day lodge - winter

Every day through the Christmas School vacation and Spring Break.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season with some Thursdays.
Night skiing Fridays and Saturdays. 9:00am - 3:30pm Daily. 3:30pm
- 8:00pm for night skiing. Cross Country trails and snowshoeing
is permitted 7 days a week. |
